Supered - switch 1 person to another team

Problem:

• You joined the wrong team and need to be moved.

• Previously, you would reach out to the Supered team to manually move you.

Solution:

• Self service team switches.

• Invite Links now support being able to invite existing supered users to your team.

How to swap teams:

• For Partner:

  1. In your partner account, click on team name and click Settings.

  2. Click Users.

  3. Click Invite Team Member.

  4. Invite via email or share URL link.

• For Users:

  1. Once email or URL is received, user can click the link in the email or use the shared URL link.

  2. You will be prompted with an alert:

     • With this switch, you will no longer have access to the current team’s content library.

  3. Click Switch Team.

  4. The user is now in the correct team and listed under users for that partner account.
